Description

The Organisation is seeking responses to this Invitation for the development and operation of facilities such as residential apartments, hotel accommodation, retail, food and beverage outlets and recreational facilities across one or a combination of four parcels of land in the Hotham Central precinct, as outlined in the separate accompanying document, titled Hotham Central Precinct Redevelopment – Development Opportunity Overview May 2022.
