Beveridge Williams, in conjunction with Greater Western Water, is intending to release a Request for Tender in June 2022 for the Davis Vineyard Estate Precinct 2 - Stage 5. The project will include:

Construction of approximately 292 metres of DN300 mm Branch Sewer as part of Davis Vineyard Estate Precinct 2 – Stage 5 located at intersection of Banks Dr & Maddison Av Diggers Rest - for Australian Investment and Development Pty Ltd within the City of Melbourne.  Contractors must be accredited with Greater Western Water for the supply of works and services in Category SD2 (Branch Sewers greater than DN280 or Sewer Reticulation greater than 5m in depth).
