RACM CAM SECURITY UPGRADES CONTRACTOR

Development Victoria is seeking to appoint a highly capable and diligent security contractor offering the best available value for money to undertake the works for the Reimagining Arts Centre Melbourne (RACM) Critical Asset Management (CAM) Security Services (Project). Development Victoria is seeking a Contractor that will be able to work independently and effectively within a live environment with multiple Project stakeholders.

SECURITY CONTRACTOR

Broadly, the Contractor will perform the following base Scope:

1. Decommissioning and removal of nominate analogue CCTV cameras
2. Supply and installation of new IP cameras
3. Associated ancillary works

This procurement will be conducted as a single-phase tender issued to the open market. The Contractor will be engaged to provide services under Development Victoria’s AS2124 General Conditions of Contract with Special Conditions.

This tender is subject to Local Jobs First requirements, as well as the Victorian Government Social Procurement framework.

The anticipated tender period is 29 April 2022 - 20 May 2022.
