VicTrack is building a panel of Tier 1 and Tier 2 Telecommunications carriers, which are interested in partnering the state to co-fund new fibre links in regional Victoria that are required for Transport purposes. As a result of co-funding the carrier would be granted x amount of fibre's in the cable.
