To refurbish the current building 17 Level 3 space into an office will include the following services:

  1. Power & Data works:
  2. Supply & install 49 new DGPO
  3. Supply & install 43 new double data – Provide 1 patch lead per new data point
  4. Relocate existing 2 DPO & 1 double data in nursing station
  5. FM initial switchboard capacity investigation OK (pending to John Bell final confirmation)
  6. Disconnect electricity - 1 range hood
  7. Disconnect electricity - 1 dishwasher
  8. Relocate 1 hot water unit


  1. Lighting works:
  2. Supply & install 71 new slimline surface mounted LED lights above desks
  3. Replace existing 41 panel lights to LED lights with recess kits
  4. Replace existing down lights with new LED lights 300mm (x24) & 200mm (x2) & 90mm (x5)
  5. Replace existing batten light to LED lights 1200mm (x2) & 600mm (x1)
  6. Disconnect and remove existing bedhead lights & fluro lights


  1. Builder’s works:
  2. Remove existing curtain tracks, handrails, hand sanitizers, loose wall fixtures, signage and digital locks.
  3. Repair damaged vinyl floor and walls
  4. Demolish 2 existing low high walls and desks in nursing station
  5. Make good vinyl floor in nursing station
  6. Relocate door between bay 3 & 4 to bay 5 (refer to drawing)
  7. 4 new 2100 high wall with skirting between 5 bays (refer to drawing)


  1. Hydraulic works: 
  2. Disconnect and remove 2 sink benches
  3. Disconnect and remove 1 range hood
  4. Disconnect and remove 1 dishwasher
  5. Relocate 1 hot water unit


  1. Painting works:
  2. Refer to blue dashed line on plan
  3. Paint, patch and make good all new, existing walls and vinyl
  4. New paint finish to all walls and doors (including access panel and fire hydrant doors)
  5. Patch, sand and make good damaged walls (Remove screws and fill all holes)
  6. Seal vinyl wall holes, patch and paint and make good
  7. Patch, paint and make good all ceiling areas
