The Authority team are seeking specialist skills to undertake Commercial, Camping and Caravan Park Plan that enhances visitor experiences while protecting and enhancing the natural, cultural, coastal, tourism and local community values, across the Great Ocean Road Coast and Parks Area.

The appointed consultant is required to prepare a comprehensive plan, in consultation with partners, stakeholders, and the community, that:

• Details an optimal accommodation mix defined by capacity, styles, settings, and optimised pricing.
• Caters for growing visitor diversity and numbers with an improved visitor experience.
• Protects the environment and considers the impacts of climate change across the entire Great Ocean Road Coasts and Parks Area.
• Caters for demand and trends in context of the Authority’s responsibilities, over the next ten years.

The Authority require the consultant to provide all engagement services linked to this project either inhouse or through engaging a sub-consultant.

No site visit is scheduled during the tender period. The site is open to the public.

NOTE: This tender relates to tender T22 - 030 Consultancy Brief - Apollo Bay Recreation Reserve Masterplan. Tenderers have the option to tender for one or both tenders.
