The Authority team are seeking specialist skills to undertake a master planning process for the Apollo Bay Recreation Reserve. The Masterplan will enhance community and visitor experiences while protecting and enhancing the natural, cultural, coastal, tourism and local community values, across the Great Ocean Road Coast and Parks Area. The Masterplan will reflect the strategic objectives and actions identified in the Authority’s Caravan Park and Camping Strategy. This includes a Reserve configuration that contributes to an ideal business mix that is aligned with the Authority's core objectives and will enhance product and user group diversification. It will also address integration and shared use of community sports facilities and consider the Community Infrastructure Plan. The project will define design solutions, in consultation withs Authority partners, stakeholders, and the local community including relevant sporting clubs, ensuring a high level of engagement and ownership of the final Masterplan.
