Lower Murray Water (LMW) is seeking a system implementation partner to conduct end to end design, configuration, deployment and support services for the implementation of its future state Infor IPS CRM, Billing, and Customer Portal solution. This work will form part of a broader Business Transformation Program as outlined in this tender document.

The Invitee(s) is encouraged to complete all supporting documents in the RFT to demonstrate how their proposed solution and associated services will enable the successful implementation of a future CRM, Billing and Customer Portal solution as well as support LMW in its ongoing operations.
