Multidisciplinary Package lead - Civil Engineering Services

Development Victoria is seeking to procure an experienced multidisciplinary team to deliver site wide civil, utilities and landscape design services and to lead broader design and development activities for the delivery of the proposed redevelopment of a site in North Melbourne.   

The procurement will be conducted via a single stage Selective Tender from a relevant category of the Construction Supplier Register.  The successful bidder will need to demonstrate capability in providing civil, services engineering and landscaping services and project management of complex projects at scale (e.g., projects over $20M).

The procurement will be subject to the Ministerial Directions for Public Construction Procurement in Victoria with bidders expected to contribute to Social Procurement Framework and Local Jobs First outcomes.   

The successful bidder will be engaged to deliver construction services under Development Victoria’s Major Services Consultancy Agreement, and it is advised the successful consultancy may be novated to the head contractor.

Please note, procurement identified within this forward notice will be subject to commitment of funding and may be subject to cancellation if necessary.
