The Murray River Adventure Tail is a new multi-mode adventure trail being delivered by Parks Victoria. The trail consists of long-distance connected walking, cycling and watercraft trails providing a nature-based recreation experience along the Murray River. Works to achieve this vision include minor works to existing trails, major works to existing trails, new trails, watercraft launch facilities, bridge crossings, trailhead facilities and signage. 

The on-land trail stretches 188kms from Picnic Point (Barmah National Park) to Koondrook.

Parks Victoria will be seeking a suitably qualified environmental consultant to undertake assessments along the alignment.

This will be a public Request for Tender available on the Buying for Victoria website.
