Breese Pitt Dixon, in conjunction with Greater Western Water, is intending to release a Request for Tender in March 2022 for the Cornerstone Estate- Branch Sewer 4. The project will include:

Construction of approximately 520 metres of DN375 mm Branch Sewer as part of Cornerstone Estate – for Peet Funds Management Limited, within the City of Wyndham. Contractors must be accredited with Greater Western Water for the supply of works and services in Category SC1, SC2 & SC7.
