Description
Through this RFT WorkSafe seeks to identify Suppliers who have the skills, resources and experience necessary to supply continence, wound care and nutritional products to injured workers.
Tender submissions are invited from Suppliers who are able to:
- Demonstrate capacity and capability to supply quality continence, wound care and nutritional products to a client cohort similar to injured workers;
- Supply a broad range of products to meet the needs of injured workers;
- Provide products which meet all required Australian laws and standards including Therapeutic Goods Administration Registration (where applicable);
- Supply products across Victoria (Victorian based warehousing and national delivery capabilities will be viewed favourably);
- Provide competitive and cost effective pricing for products and delivery services;
- Demonstrate robust processes and systems to ensure on time delivery of products in accordance with order urgency levels;
- Provide responsive customer service;
- Provide efficient purchasing processes, systems and reporting.
