Rail Projects Victoria:

Rail Projects Victoria (RPV) is an agency of the Major Transport Infrastructure Authority (MTIA) and is responsible for the development and delivery of rail projects throughout the State of Victoria, Australia including the Metro Tunnel Project, Regional Rail Revival, Sunbury Line Upgrade, the Western Rail Plan (WRP), Geelong Fast Rail (GFR) and Melbourne Airport Rail. Description:

Rail Projects Victoria (RPV) on behalf of the Victorian Government (State) requires the provision of Quantity Surveying Services to support the development and delivery of future rail investments, with the initial primary focus on delivering the GFR project.

RPV intends to call for Requests for Proposal (RFPs) via the Tenders VIC website in December 2021.

Interested Parties must meet the pre-qualification requirements in order to participate in the procurement process, including accessing the full suite of RFP Documentation, and lodging an RFP Response. The Pre-qualification Document can be downloaded from this page. Interested Parties may now submit a response to the Pre-qualification Requirements in anticipation of the RFP release. Interested Parties should submit any queries as well as their Pre-qualification Response via [email protected].

Confidentiality and Probity considerations

Interested Parties are requested to familiarise themselves with the probity and confidentiality considerations and comply with the requirements set out in section 6 of the Pre-qualification Document.

Please note that release of this RFP is currently subject to Victorian Government approvals and may be released at an alternate date or in an alternative form to that advised in this Advanced Tender Notice. 

Update (13 December 2021):

Please be advised that the release date of the RFP 27146 - Quantity Surveying Services has been deferred to January 2022 (no earlier than week commencing January 10 2022) and as a result, the indicative release date stated in the Pre-Qualification document is no longer applicable. RPV will provide an updated release date in due course. In the interim, RPV will also release further information regarding the RFP later this week.
