Harness Racing Victoria (HRV) is a statutory body whose role is to oversee all harness racing activity in Victoria.

Our mission is to deliver the most sought-after and accessible harness racing that produces financial sustainability, ensures clubs are the heart of their communities and provides equal opportunities for all participants to compete. We also operate a racetrack, accommodation and entertainment complex known as Tabcorp Park. This facility encompasses racing, a 41 room 4-star hotel accommodation, functions, conferences, bars and gaming situated in Melton.

Harness Racing Victoria is looking to upgrade its current on-premises based finance and Human Resource Information systems (HRIS) which incorporate electronic and manual processes; to a cloud based Software as a Service (SaaS) platform. An integrated overall solution is sought that will provide synergies across multiple functionality and departments in a contemporary self-service system environment.

The new systems will be required to cater for multiple entities including Harness Racing Victoria, Tabcorp Park (hospitality, gaming, functions and 4 star accommodation venue) and an expanding number of Harness Racing Clubs across the Victorian regional network under a Shared Service operation that HRV offer.
