Description 

RIVERWALK – PROCUREMENT OF A SALES AGENT (PERMIT AREA 10 AND PERMIT AREA 11)

 

Development Victoria invites suitably qualified and experienced Sales Agents to tender for the sale of land lots in Permit Areas 10 and 11 in Riverwalk, Werribee.

The Permit Areas include approximately 506 lots plus 4 Superlots.

The successful bidder will be appointed under Development Victoria's standard C-Real Estate Agent contract.

The Ministerial Directions for Public Construction Procurement Local Jobs First do not apply to this tender.

Proposals are required to be submitted via the Buying for Victoria portal. 

 

All bidders should ensure they can meet the essential criteria listed below before proceeding any further with the tender application:

  • conduct and prepare reports on market research through their own dedicated Research Division as directed by Development Victoria, which includes competitor analysis, market trends, pricing, as well as incorporating product design feedback from potential buyers and builders.
  • demonstrate experience in marketing and promoting large mixed-use master planned land subdivisions in excess of 2000 lots, consisting of multiple medium density sites;
  • be able to provide advice to optimise returns and packaging lots on medium density product;
  • be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of design guidelines, design drawings and building envelopes with the ability to communicate these to prospective purchasers;
  • have sufficient number of staff, including back up staff, to support sales launches / events for release of multiple lots, including management of crowd and simultaneous sales;
  • have sufficient number of resources to staff the Riverwalk Sales Centre, 7 days a week from 11am to 5pm;
  • have the capability to conduct sales releases via online platforms;
  • have Professional Indemnity Insurance in the amount of $10 million;
  • have Public Liability Insurance in the amount of $20 million;
  • have Workcover insurance;
  • hold a current Real Estate Agent’s Licence.
