The Department of Treasury and Finance (DTF) as the Lead Department is seeking to establish a new State Purchase Contract (SPC) for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) under a head contract agreement.
The Lead Department’s intention is to establish a multi-supplier open panel SPC with agreed (contracted) pricing that departments and agencies will utilise to purchase their PPE requirements. The SPC will be supported by a Master Supply Agreement (MSA) that forms the contract template for all in scope PPE engagements between approved panel suppliers and non-health government departments and agencies.
It is anticipated that a Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued on 2 December 2021. (To be confirmed) The closing date will be dependent on when the RFP is issued. The intention is to be in the market for four weeks (2 January 2022). Closing date to be confirmed.
