The Melbourne and Olympic Parks Trust (MOPT), in partnership with Tennis Australia (TA), are seeking the services of a suitably qualified and experienced Cleaning Services Provider to deliver a range of services to the Precinct. The intial contract is for a period of up to three years, with a total contract term not exceeding five years.

The objectives of the Cleaning Services agreement are to ensure high levels of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation are maintained throughout the Precinct, in all indoor and outdoor areas, at all times. The requirements which need to be delivered under this agreement are as follows:

• Core and Maintenance Cleaning Service
• Year-round Event Cleaning Service incorporating pre & post event cleans as well as an event resourcing component
• Australian Open Cleaning Service including bump in / event / bump out
• Ad-hoc Cleaning Service
