Advanced Tender Notice – COVID-19 Quarantine Victoria – Passenger Transportation Services
COVID-19 Quarantine Victoria (CQV) manages the Hotel Quarantine Programme (Programme) and will manage the Victorian Quarantine Hub (VQH) once operational, on behalf of the Victorian Government and is currently investigating the interest and capabilities of Victorian transport service providers to offer Passenger Transportation Services for the Programme and the VQH.
CQV is seeking to undertake a two-stage tender process to secure a high-quality transport supplier(s) to deliver Passenger Transportation Services for the Programme and the VQH, specifically transporting returned travellers or other passengers from Melbourne Airport to the hotels or to the VQH. The tender process is anticipated to include:
- An Expression of Interest stage (EOI); and
- A Request for Tender (RFT) stage.
The EOI is due to be released on 10 September 2021 (subject to internal approvals) as an amendment to this notice. The release of the EOI may occur at a different date or in an alternative form to that advised in this Advance Tender Notice.
To ensure a fair process, CQV will not be responding to enquiries for this Advance Tender Notice until the EOI is publicly released to market.
