Arts Centre Melbourne is seeking Tender submissions for building works for the expansion and upgrade of it's existing facility that houses the Australian Performing Arts Collection, located at Hamer Hall. 

The project will include the partial demolition of the existing facility and the construction of an upgraded facility and services.

Applicant should have previous experience in the construction of storage facilities similar to those used in museums or libraries.

The building works will be taking place in an operating concert hall venue and will thus be subject to noise monitoring and construction noise management planning.

Applicants must be prepared to plan and carry out the works in a flexible manor in conjunction with Arts Centre Melbourne to accommodate the requirements for noise and dust control.

Please Note; There is a mandatory site inspection that forms part of the Tender requirements. The site inspection is scheduled for 10 days from the release of this Tender. It should be noted that this site inspection will be subject to COVID-19 19 lockdown requirements so may require rescheduling.
