The Customer Innovation department at Arts Centre Melbourne is responsible for the management of food and beverage for Arts Centre Melbourne. Arts Centre Melbourne is a defining city landmark and Australia's largest and busiest performing arts centre. The Arts Centre Melbourne’s responsibilities include the Theatres Building, home to the State Theatre, Playhouse and Fairfax Theatres, Hamer Hall and the Sidney Myer Music Bowl.
