Court Services Victoria is seeking responses from appropriately established pathology services to provide onsite sample collection and offsite laboratory services for the Victorian Drug Courts.
Victorian Drug Courts utilise a program of intensive judicial supervision to administer an order known as the Drug and Alcohol Treatment Order (DATO) pursuant to section 18z of the Sentencing Act (1991).
The Victorian Drug Courts currently subject all collected urine samples to the core testing requirements of AS/NZS 4308 as well as ethyl glucuronide
The onsite sample collection component of the Service will be required at each of the four (4) Drug Court House locations:
