Description 

The Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (the department) is seeking one suitably qualified and experienced Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation (ACCO) to deliver a pre-authorisation phase of the Aboriginal Children in Aboriginal Care program. The pre-authorisation phase enables ACCOs to work with up to 18 Aboriginal children and young people on protection orders as if authorised under section 18 of the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005 (CYFA). It is intended delivery of the pre-authorisation phase will support the selected ACCO to prepare for full authorisation under section 18 in the future.
