Federation University is embarking on a transformational program to replace its existing ageing Finance and HR systems and supporting business processes with a modern, integrated and flexible Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) platform.
This Request for Tender (RFT) process is the first step of a multi-step procurement process for Federation University to select a software platform that will improve efficiencies, automation, communication, flexibility, and provide a fully integrated user experience with comprehensive data report and analytics to transform and meet its current and future needs, across HCM and finance functions. As part of this RFT, the university is looking to a unified ERP platform or an ERP suite managed by a single provider, which is delivered as a Software as a Service solution for Finance and HR (excluding Payroll) for the functions outlined in Scope.
Following the selection of an ERP platform for HCM and finance as part of this RFT, the university is planning to select a payroll platform and implementation partner(s). Separate procurement processes will be run for payroll platform and implementation partner selection.
