The department is seeking to streamline and improve its records management compliance associated with the use of Microsoft Office 365 (O365) and other key platforms. Currently, records captured in the O365 environments require staff to add these records to the departments record management system - TRIM (HPE Content Manager). Records are added to TRIM manually and singularly and this is an inefficient and burdensome work practice. This situation has been exacerbated by the shift to remote working and additional time pressures faced responding to the COVID-19 pandemic.
