Heywood Rural Health seeks a Request for Quotation for the appointment of a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to provide painting services as part of the Health Service’s scheduled 5 year maintenance of its buildings.

There are seven designated work areas that will requiring painting over the five year program – five exterior building areas and two interior building areas.

Exterior painting services will be provided on a once per financial year basis, with a different section (area) of the Heywood campus targeted every 12 months. Depending upon budget, the exterior painting of the campus’ buildings may be condensed into a shorter period.

Interior painting services includes the painting of designated hospital corridors in year one, with the potential for the painting of patient rooms (aged care wings) following the completion of other minor works projects.
In addition, the appointed contractor may be requested to undertake smaller, emergent painting services whilst on-site.

It is imperative that all prospective Contractors visit the Heywood Campus prior to submitting a tender to avail themselves of the full extent of painting services required to complete HRH’s Program of works.
