The Department of Jobs, Precincts and Regions (DJPR) is responsible for the development and implementation of a number of Telecommunications and Digital Economy policies and programs including the $550m Victoria’s Digital Future Now (VDFN) program delivering high speed broadband upgrades, further mobile blackspot removals and digital skills and capability uplift programs across Victoria.

To assist with this DJPR will require the services of specialist commercial and technical advisers to support the development and implementation of these programs. This will include the need for detailed time-series and place-based data on digital inclusion, data analysis and data inputs for program monitoring and evaluation.

This RFI s seeking information on the existing capabilities and readiness of firms to immediately provide data inputs, including a robust methodology and availability of historical time series data on digital inclusion.
