North East Link will fix the missing link in Melbourne’s freeway network, connecting the M80 with an upgraded Eastern Freeway. It will be a safe and efficient freeway connection for 100,000 vehicles a day, linking key growth areas in the north and south-east.
The NEL project team consists of specialist engineering, legal, commercial and financial staff and advisors. Procurement of Early Works and the Primary PPP Package is underway, leading to the requirement for Transaction Management services.
NEL is seeking to invite qualified suppliers to submit their proposals for the provision of Constructability Advisory Services (‘the Services’) via a Tender process in Vendor Panel.
