AMES Australia is responsible for delivering social services to clients including a range of humanitarian settlement services for refugees, asylum seeker and migrants. These include on-arrival settlement support, English language and literacy training, vocational education and training and employment services.
AMES Australia is seeking innovative and cost-effective solutions to refresh of its current Internet, fixed Data services and mobile services. Capable telecommunications providers will be invited to provide information about solutions to AMES Australia’s requirements.
Currently AMES Australia uses the following telecommunications services:
1. Network Services (Fixed Data for permanent sites and remote offices)
2. Mobile telephony (Mobile networks and devices)
Providers must be able to provide complete solutions meeting all published specifications included in the this Request for Proposal.
Submissions which do not meet the mandatory criteria will not be considered.
