The Victorian Health Building Authority (VHBA) (the Client) is calling for proponents to submit Expression of Interest proposals to demonstrate their capabilities to provide services for the Kingston Centre - Residential Aged Care Development.
A Feasibility Study was completed in 2020 for 150 Residential Aged Care beds to be located at The Kingston Centre, Cheltenham.
It also includes:
- Orientation of built form towards existing landscape zone
- Dedicated forecourt and ‘drop off’ area
- Residences, terraces and gardens to blend in and accesses seamlessly to the natural landscaping
- Provides a logical hierarchy of outdoor spaces for the residents
- Provides resident bedrooms which consistent faces towards open areas
- Provision of on-grade car-parking in close proximity for residents and carer/visitors.
