FORWARD NOTICE TO TENDERERS

To enable access to billing and CRM capability that optimises value for money and mitigates commercial or operational risks, East Gippsland Water, South Gippsland Water and Westernport Water (The Syndicate) together are seeking to gain a detailed understanding regarding the feasibility of different business models already identified and any others not yet considered. The Syndicate is now looking for a contractor to undertake a feasibility and option analysis of a utility billing and customer relationship management system.

This RFT HAS BEEN RELEASED ONTO TENDERLINK AND CAN BE ACCESSED VIA THE LINK BELOW.

THE TENDER WILL CLOSE 8 APRIL 2021 AT 2PM.
