EOI Design and Construction of Elizabeth St Sewer

The purpose of this Expression of Interest (EOI) is to seek responses from industry and other interested parties for the provision of DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION SERVICES for Elizabeth St Sewer Augmentation Stage 3A as described in Section 3 - Specification.

Entities interested in participating in the tender phase (Contractors) are requested to provide a clear and succinct statement of their capabilities for the works in their submitted Expression of Interest. Only entities who respond to the EOI and are shortlisted will be allowed to participate in the RFT Phase.

Delivery / procurement of DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION SERVICES for Elizabeth St Sewer Augmentation Stage 3A will involve two stages as follows:

Stage 1

A public EOI inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) which satisfy CWW's requirements as detailed in Part B of this EOI document.

This stage may involve discussions and presentations but not negotiations.

During this stage, discussions may take place with applicants to explore and clarify their capabilities, proposed approach and solution to CWW's requirements. This may involve review of EOIs, discussions, presentations, or visits to current projects.

Following receipt of EOIs, a number of Contractors may be shortlisted based on the published EOI Evaluation Criteria and nominated to proceed to Stage 2.

Stage 2

Stage 2 involves a selective Request for Tender (RFT) to those bidders who are shortlisted from the EOI phase for the DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION SERVICES for Elizabeth St Sewer Augmentation Stage 3A.

An evaluation process will take place to evaluate compliant responses to the RFT to select the successful Tenderer, and to award a contract to the successful bidder after successful negotiations and completion of internal approval processes.

In accordance with the Conditions of Tendering, submissions must be lodged in the Electronic Tender Box located at TENDERLINK prior to the closing date and time.

Late submissions will not be considered.
