Dear Suppliers,
WorkSafe Victoria (WSV) is looking to partner with a suitably skilled and experienced organisation for the provision of Oracle Cloud Financials (Oracle) Level 3 Incident Management Support, Oracle quarterly update testing services and any other Oracle Requests for the modules utilised by WSV. In seeking Level 3 support, WSV is looking for support handling the most difficult or advanced Oracle problems.
The due date for submissions is 10:00am 24th February 2021.
All questions relating to this tender are to be submitted via email to alex_trewin@worksafe.vic.gov.au. Questions/enquiries that are not directly related to the Oracle Cloud Financial Support RFT will not be responded to.
