Rail Projects Victoria:

Rail Projects Victoria (RPV) is an agency of the Major Transport Infrastructure Authority (MTIA) and is responsible for the development and delivery of rail projects throughout the State of Victoria, Australia including the Metro Tunnel Project, Regional Rail Revival, Sunbury Line Upgrade, the Western Rail Plan (WRP), Geelong Fast Rail (GFR) and Melbourne Airport Rail. Description:

Rail Projects Victoria (RPV) on behalf of the Victorian Government (State) requires the provision of Technical Advisory Services to support the development and delivery of future rail investments, including the GFR project and elements of the WRP.

RPV will call for Requests for Proposal (RFPs) via the Tenders VIC website in February 2021.

Interested Parties must meet the pre-qualification requirements in order to participate in the procurement process, including accessing the full suite of RFP Documentation, attending the Industry Briefing and lodging an RFP Response. The Pre-qualification Document can be downloaded from this page. Interested Parties may now submit a response to the Pre-qualification Requirements in anticipation of the RFP release.

Confidentiality and Probity considerations

Interested Parties are requested to familiarise themselves with the probity and confidentiality considerations and comply with the requirements set out in section 7 of the Pre-qualification Document.

Please note that release of this RFP is currently subject to Victorian Government approvals and may be released at an alternate date or in an alternative form to that advised in this Advanced Tender Notice. 

Update (17 February 2021):

Please be advised that the release date of the RFP 27154 - Technical Advisory Services has been delayed and, as a result, the indicative release date stated in the Pre-Qualification document is no longer applicable.

The RFP release is still anticipated to occur in March with further updates in relation to the release to be provided via this website.
