This is a joint Request for Tender (RFT) involving South West Healthcare (‘SWH’), Western District Health Service and Heywood Rural Health, with the tender being administered centrally by SWH. 

The RFT is for the supply and delivery of chairs to be used in a variety of different settings across the campuses of the participating public Health Services. The Heath Services are also seeking Disposal Services with regards to their existing chairs (to be replaced through this RFT). The estimated total number of chairs sought through this RFT process is 500+ consisting of:

1. Patient Room Chairs  - wards – SWH
2. Patient Room Chairs – wards – WDHS
3. Waiting Room Chairs – consultation suites / GP rooms – HRH
4. Staff Tea Room Chairs – staff lunch room / cafeteria - SWH
5. Patient Lounge Seating – wards - SWH
6. Dining Room Chairs – aged care – line of supply

Tenderers may opt to tender for only specific types of seating required by the Health Services.
