The department is seeking suitably qualified and experienced contractors to provide pest control services to high rise public housing buildings in Melbourne.

The intent of this contract is to effectively manage rats, mice and cockroaches in high-rise public housing buildings in Melbourne, by a fully qualified and experienced pest control operator.  The management of these pests is to occur in the areas of the buildings that are not inhabited by residents.  These areas include plant rooms (that contain machinery and equipment to service the building), rubbish collection areas, communal laundries and clothes drying rooms.
