State Library Victoria invites your company to offer for the provision of a new Cloud Data Warehouse and Analytics Platform solution at the Library's site in Melbourne, in accordance with the attached Request for Offer (RFO) and the terms and conditions referenced therein. The purpose of this solution is to support State Library Victoria's goal of becoming a data-driven institution.

The RFO documentation attached in the Specification Documents tab comprises the Request For Offer SLVT106 - Request For Offer SLVT106 Cloud Data Warehouse+Analytics Platform document, and:

• Attachment 1 therein about State Library Victoria,
• Attachment 2 Contract therein referencing:
  • Standard SLV Terms and Conditions SLV Agreement for the supply of services (long-form),
  • The Standard SLV Deed of Confidentiality, and
  • The following Standard Library contractor induction and on site compliance forms, permits and manuals applicable for all suppliers and their sub-tier suppliers and sub-contractors who would have personnel working on site if awarded the Contract:
    • Contractors Application for Registration,
    • Contractors Induction Form
    • Contractor Induction Manual,
    • Contractors OHS Questionnaire,
    • SLV Emergency Procedures and Evacuation Information, and
    • General Work Entry Permit.

Please:

1. Review the attached RFO documentation and raise any enquiries regarding ther RFO to the Online Forum before the Forum Closing Date (1:00PM Australian Eastern Daylight Savings Time (AEDT), Monday 1 February 2021),
2. Submit a compete RFO response in accordance with the RFO document and the terms and conditions referenced therein no later than the Tender Closing Date (1:00PM Australian Eastern Daylight Savings Time (AEDT) on Friday 5 February 2021), and
3. Reference the RFO number SLVT106 on all correspondence regarding this RFO.
