Advanced Tender Notice - Design and Construction Belgrave Railway Station Multi Level Car Park

VicTrack would like to update potential Tenderers with advice that the Design and Construction of the Belgrave Railway Station Multi Level Car Park will be released to the market by the mid to late December 2020, pending stakeholder approvals.

The tender includes:

  • New Multi Level carpark to provision 470 additional spaces in addition to the existing 170 spaces, for a total of 640 commuter parking spaces 
  • Upgrade to pedestrain access and infrastructure
  • Improvements and upgrades to wayfinding and signage
  • CCTV and Lighting to the New Carpark
  • Widening of access roads
  • Landscaping and other minor improvements (lighting) across the project scope footprint

These documents will be accessible via the Victrack Electronic Procurement System (ZYCUS) only. Suppliers will have to register for Zycus to access any and all VicTrack Tendered request for tender documentation

Avetta Registration

Tenderers are advised that pre-qualification through VicTrack's compliance partner, Avetta, is a pre-requisite for the final contract execution.  Costs associated with this registration may be included in the tender submission for any potential supplier not currently pre-qualified.
