The Fire Services Team is intending to release a Request for Tender in February 2021 for the Routine Service of Fire Protection Systems and Equipment maintenance in properties owned by the Department of Health and Human Services. The contract will also include a Schedule of Rates for responsive works. The initial contract period is 4 year, with an additional period of 2 + 2 year periods. This will be a selective tender and potential tender recipients will be selected from the Construction Supplier Register (CSR). Tender participants will need to complete a Local Industry Development Plan (LIDP) as part of Local Jobs First requirements.
