Belgrave Railway Station Multi Level Carpark - Design and Construct
VicTrack would like to update potential Tenderers the release of the Design and Construction of the Belgrave Railway Station Multi Level Car Park.
The State of Victoria has budgeted for and provided initial funding for the design and construction of the multi-level carpark located at Belgrave station. However, final approval and allocation of the full project budget will be granted once the tendering process has been completed.
The tender high level scope includes:
- New Multi Level carpark to provision 470 additional spaces in addition to the existing 170 spaces, for a total of 640 commuter parking spaces
- Upgrade to pedestrian access and infrastructure
- Improvements and upgrades to wayfinding and signage
- CCTV and Lighting to the New Carpark
- Widening of access roads
- Landscaping and other minor improvements (lighting) across the project scope footprint

Tenderers are advised that pre-qualification through VicTrack's compliance partner, Avetta, is a pre-requisite for the final contract execution. Costs associated with this registration may be included in the tender submission for any potential supplier not currently pre-qualified.
