Forward Notice - Water and Sewer Planning and Design Services

City West Water Corporation is intending to release an Expression of Interest (EOI) in 01 2021 for Water and Sewer Planning and Design and Engineering Services for multiple projects located within City West Water's service area.  This EOI forms the first part of a two-stage procurement process for which CWW will shortlist suitable service providers for the purpose of inviting tender for a range of sewer and water projects.

The scope of services required for these projects will include:

• Desktop and field investigations (survey, geotechnical, flora and fauna, cultural heritage)
• Option analysis for alignment options, construction methodologies and delivery strategies
• Statutory Planning and stakeholder approvals
• Design Services (conceptual through to detailed design for construction)
• Cost estimation
• Delivery Phase services (client engineer, specialist technical, superintendent)

It is anticipated that following the EOI in January 2021, shortlisted service providers will be notified and invited to tender for projects or a package or works in the following six-month period.

Projects will consist of water and sewer linear infrastructure forming part of CWW's growth and renewal capital works program.  Service Providers must be an accredited CWW Consultant or make commitment towards accreditation.
