The Community Safety Building Authority (CSBA) is intending to release two Request for Tenders (RFTs) on behalf of the Emu Creek Project (subject to construction funding being approved).
The Emu Creek Homestead Residential Facility (Emu Creek) is a 20-bed facility for serious offenders subject to a post-sentence order made under the Serious Offenders Act 2018, when appropriate accommodation cannot be found elsewhere in the community. It is located within the boundaries of Langi Kal Kal Prison. The purpose of this Project is to address and rectify access and accommodation issues within the site through the construction of a new bridge and staff office accommodation building.
The RFTs when formulated will be released via the Buying for Victoria platform. Please refer to the details attached.
