Description 

The Plenty River Trail project will deliver the 21 kilometre missing link between University Hill in Bundoora and Doreen to the north. It includes 17 kilometres of new walking and cycling trails to connect to existing trails.

It will link Mernda and Hawkstowe railway stations and make it easier for the community to access the Plenty River and Plenty Gorge Park.

This tender is for the design and development of the trail along with the identification and management of the statutory approvals required. Key resources we will require are including but not limited to the following:

 - Civil Engineering

 - Structural Engineering

 - Geotechnical Engineering

 - Hydrological Modelling

 - Town Planning - land use and statutory approvals management

 - Environmental management

 - Cultural Heritage Management

 - Landscape Architecture

 - Land surveying incl. feature and level survey. Potential options for innovation through larger scale alternative methods of survey data capture.
