GOTAFE are looking to engage a suitably qualified construction company to complete the Redevelopment of the Shepparton Café and Restaurant at the Fryers St Campus in Shepparton.

The works are expected to commence early October 2020 and completed by December 2020 and will be completed under AS2124 Conditions of Contract.

The design for the redevelopment of this space is to accommodate the following:


Barista Training Room

  • Interactive training space
  • General learning


Compulsory Requirement

  • Meeting rooms
  • Kitchenettes
  • Bar
  • Café servery
  • Preparation kitchen
  • Student Hub
  • Outdoor dining facilities
  • Collaborative social space

The RFP will be released publicly on the Buying for Victoria website. Organisations wishing to participate in this opportunity must register on the Buying for Victoria Supplier Portal.

Bidders should be aware that this procurement is subject to the Supplier Code of Conduct, Local Jobs First Policy and Social Procurement Framework.
