Peninsula Health is committed to providing its employees with exceptional care when it comes to psychological health and well-being.
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) service at Peninsula Health (PH) will be delivered as an outsourced service by a Sole Provider.
The successful Invitee will be required to provide a comprehensive range of services to all Peninsula Health staff members, their immediate family members and volunteers, including:
a) Individual counselling services (relationship, financial, legal, addiction, grief and work related issues etc.);
b) Manager assistance (advice and coaching for staff and team related matters);
c) Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) interventions (debriefings, onsite counselling following critical incident); and
d) Training seminars on a range of topics including but not limited to (Resilience, Dealing with Anger, Managing Pressure, Mediation, Mental Health)
