Description

This Request for Quotation is for:

the provision, installation and maintenance of theatre lights at WDHS’ Hamilton (Victoria) campus and SWH’s Warrnambool campus (Victoria). The contractor will be required to remove the existing theatre lights from their fitted position in the ceiling.

The project is part of an asset replacement program at the health services. The theatre lights will replace existing light fixtures which are approximately 15 to 20 years old.

SWH and WDHS are co-ordinating their respective procurement efforts as means to help reduce the administrative and financial costs associated with the project. The RFQ will be administered by SWH. The collaboration is consistent with the principles that underpin the region’s Central Supply & Logistics model that involves 11 Health Service members sharing a centralised warehouse in Warrnambool.
