Description 

Occupational Hygienist

WorkSafe Victoria is seeking suitably qualified Occupational Hygienists for its “Panel of Speciality Service Providers”. Companies and individuals can apply to be registered on the Panel. Please respond to the selection criteria articulated in Parts A, B and D of these Tender documents. Part C lists the proposed contract.

 

Worksafe has 5 full time staff members employed in its Hygienist Business Unit.  At various times the demand for various categories of Hygienist services exceeds the permanent capacity provided by the Worksafe Occupational Hygienist Business Unit.

 

Consequently, WorkSafe requires additional expertise in all categories of Occupation Hygienist services to assist with its obligations.

Through this Request for Tender process, WorkSafe is seeking tender submissions from Occupational Hygienist suppliers to deliver the requested services within the following areas of expertise;

  1. Asbestos
  2. Biological
  3. Confined working spaces
  4. Chemical
  5. air monitoring
