Description
Ballarat Health Services and Austin Health are seeking submissions for the supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of Two Wide Bore Computed Tomography (CT) Scanners and Relocation of One Wide Bore CT Scanner.

The request for documentation must include full details of the requesting party including full business name, mailing address and contact details including an e-mail address.
The services sought in this request for tender are the provision a Wide Bore CT Scanner to the Ballarat Regional Integrated Cancer Centre (BRICC) for Ballarat Health Services (BHS) and one Wide Bore CT scanner and transfer of existing scanner to Olivia Newton John Cancer and Wellness Centre (ONJC&WC) for Austin Health. The CT scanners and associated equipment are to be suitable for treatment planning and virtual simulation of Radiation Therapy patients.
Detailed requirements will be included in the RFT.
Ballarat Health Services and Austin Health will close the RFT on the 1st of April 2011 at 2:00pm AEST with an expected decision reached by June 2011. The service is expected to commence on the July 2012 and December 2012 for ONJC&WC and BRICC respectively.
