Description
The purpose of this consultancy is to engage an experienced and suitably qualified consultant to complete water balance modelling and preliminary design for the expansion of the Rutherglen/Wahgunyah wastewater treatment plant. This water balance modelling will identify the winter storage and irrigation area requirements for the system to meet 90th percentile containment standards. The preliminary design will provide drawings, detailed cost estimates of storage and irrigation infrastructure to meet this 90th percentile containment requirement.
