North East Water is seeking a suitably qualified Principal Contractor for the demolition of all above and below ground structures at 16-25 Klemm Road East Wangaratta. The Scope of Works includes the demolition and removal of the existing buildings, outbuildings, pump sheds, water tanks, sheds, fences, concrete slabs, footpaths, underground services, septic system and all associated material and structures outlined in the specification and general layout plan in Part B – The Specification.

The Scope of Works also includes returning the site to a levelled condition to the satisfaction of North East Water and the Provisional Item to de-energise the site to the existing Switchboard located adjacent to the power pole.
