COST MANAGEMENT (QUANTITY SURVEYING SERVICES) for the ST KILDA PIER REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT

St Kilda Pier is an iconic Melbourne tourism destination with over 830,000 visitors annually.  Design work to redevelop the pier is already underway with the Principal design consortium.

Parks Victoria is now inviting interested parties to tender for Cost Management (Quantity Surveying) Services as detailed in the attached brief / specification provided.

These services are required to deliver cost controls for all phases of this iconic project from Schematic through to Handover and Defects Liability Period, which are expected to be delivered over 4 years.

Tenderers are to note, there will not be a tour of the site for these services.
